04/04/2023 Easter is on April 7, 2023. Paul summed up Easter in one sentence.

Ephesians 1:7 (New Living Translation)
He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins.

This arrangement made by God and his son at the beginning of creation changed everything for you and me. It made it possible for us to enter the Kingdom of God. No one could go into heaven until Jesus conquered death. Everyone should appreciate what Jesus did when he sacrificed himself for us. Before him, a lot of blood had to be shed to purify us. It never reached the purity of what his shed blood accomplished. Jesus really had to love us a lot to put himself through the intense beating and finally crucifixion.

The least we should do is honor him by serving him and standing for the things he holds dear. Next is to love our neighbor as we love ourselves. Loving our neighbor still is not as difficult as the sacrifice he made for us. Jesus even sent the Holy Spirit to help us to love even the worst neighbor. Let's give Glory to Jesus Christ this Easter.
02/15/2023 Everyone can tell you the story of Jesus walking on the water. But unless you read it close, you can miss some important details. Jesus saw his disciples struggling in the boat while he was on land:

Mark 6:47-52
47 Late that night, the disciples were in their boat in the middle of the lake, and Jesus was alone on land. 48 He saw that they were in serious trouble, rowing hard and struggling against the wind and waves. About three o’clock in the morning Jesus came toward them, walking on the water. He intended to go past them,

[Have you ever thought about why he was going past them? I chuckled and thought about how much fun Jesus was having. How often do you get a chance to walk on water. I know that the wind was not bothering him because of the authority our Father gave him. I envisioned the Father telling Jesus to go rescue them. Jesus did not question the Fathers authority and immediately walked towards them. After all, if you could get an ax head to float it would be a piece of cake to walk on the water.]

49 but when they saw him walking on the water, they cried out in terror, thinking he was a ghost. 50 They were all terrified when they saw him.

[Jesus gave up where he was going because of his great love for us.]

But Jesus spoke to them at once. “Don’t be afraid,” he said. “Take courage! I am here!” 51 Then he climbed into the boat, and the wind stopped. They were totally amazed, 52 for they still didn’t understand the significance of the miracle of the loaves. Their hearts were too hard to take it in.

Verse 52 is the clincher. I thought about this for a week to make sure that I understood it myself. It was amazing, but a person who has no idea who I am gave a message on this exact verse and confirmed my thoughts.

The disciples had the opportunity to see the healing of the sick and cast out demons. They just witnessed the feeding of the 5,000. In man's world the feeding of 5,000 men is impossible because of the law of the conservation of mass. This is where we make our first mistake by putting limitations on God. Even worse, is seeing God work once and believing it will not happen again. Jesus fed the 4000 later proving it could happen again.

When dealing with God we are in his realm where the impossible is possible. If we see it happen once it should not be a surprise to see it happen someplace else. I even believe that the disciples could have silenced the wind themselves if they understood the authority Jesus gave them. Fear kept them in the dark.

Listening to bad advice can make us dense to the things of God. Mark has more to say on that:

Mark 7:13
13 And so you cancel the word of God in order to hand down your own tradition. And this is only one example among many others.” Then Jesus called to the crowd to come and hear. “All of you listen,” he said, “and try to understand. {21st century lingo->Get it through your thick head.} 15 It’s not what goes into your body that defiles you; you are defiled by what comes from your heart.”

Checking things out and comparing them to God's word, is really the only thing we physically have to learn who God is. Spiritually, intel from the Holy Spirit helps prevent us from becoming dense. Expect a Miricale in your life and don't be surprised when it comes. Even more so, when you see many miracles. Do not let unbelief kill your miracles. These people may never see a miracle their entire life.

Mark 6:5 (New Living Translation)
And because of their unbelief, he couldn’t do any miracles among them except to place his hands on a few sick people and heal them.

Never forget that God loves us. We have to make sure our heart is right with him to see miracles in our life.

1 John 4:10 (New Living Translation)
This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.

1 John 4:19 (New Living Translation)
We love each other because he loved us first.
12/06/2022 Everyone talks about John 3:16 on how God him so loved the world that he sent his begotten son for our salvation. But really what is really interesting is that when the people were arguing about who Jesus was. He told them to stop. He said that you're not going to be able to come to me unless the father calls you:

John 6:41-45 New Living Translation

41 Then the people began to murmur in disagreement because he had said, “I am the bread that came down from heaven.” 42 They said, “Isn’t this Jesus, the son of Joseph? We know his father and mother. How can he say, ‘I came down from heaven’?”

43 But Jesus replied, “Stop complaining about what I said. 44 For no one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them to me, and at the last day I will raise them up. 45 As it is written in the Scriptures, ‘They will all be taught by God.’ Everyone who listens to the Father and learns from him comes to me. 46 (Not that anyone has ever seen the Father; only I, who was sent from God, have seen him.)

Not only is it an honor in what Jesus Christ did for us but it is also great that God himself called us to Jesus Christ. I have heard from some of the prophets that God will sometimes tell them to quit praying for some people because they have given themselves to the world. Our God knows our heart and he will not waste time on us if we become bullheaded. Jesus also mentioned in the same chapter this very same thing again to his disciples:

John 6:61-65 New Living Translation
61 Jesus was aware that his disciples were complaining, so he said to them, “Does this offend you? 62 Then what will you think if you see the Son of Man ascend to heaven again? 63 The Spirit alone gives eternal life. Human effort accomplishes nothing. And the very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life. 64 But some of you do not believe me.” (For Jesus knew from the beginning which ones didn’t believe, and he knew who would betray him.) 65 Then he said, “That is why I said that people can’t come to me unless the Father gives them to me.”

I've been firmly believed that many people in our government have been given the opportunity to ask for forgiveness but they flat out refuse because they have sold their souls to the world. God is not going to mess with these people and will take them out if it's necessary. I am very grateful that God has called me to give my heart to Jesus Christ. We all should be thankful for this.
10/14/2022 Even though we are to representatives of Jesus Christ there are some things that God has to take care of. I get tired of seeing all the corruption going on and I want God to start cleaning house now. I say, "God you should go in now and start doing it now."

I am like the disciples of Jesus who were ready to call fire down from heaven when the Samaritans opposed them.

Luke 9:51-56
Opposition from Samaritans

51 As the time drew near for him to ascend to heaven, Jesus resolutely set out for Jerusalem. 52 He sent messengers ahead to a Samaritan village to prepare for his arrival. 53 But the people of the village did not welcome Jesus because he was on his way to Jerusalem. 54 When James and John saw this, they said to Jesus, “Lord, should we call down fire from heaven to burn them up?” 55 But Jesus turned and rebuked them.56 So they went on to another village.

Jesus rebuked me also: God showed me my fallacies of my action. One: Our God is a God of love. He did not send Jesus here to send people to hell. He said, "I want to give people time to repent and come to me. I also want to use this time to wake up my church."

Two: He wants to expose every dark secret to visibly show his people whats been going on in the darkness. This all takes time.

Three: America's constitution was inspired by God. He will not do anything to circumvent his law. Our constitution does say treason and crimes against humanity will result in the destruction of many. But this is not my decision to make.

So this is what I am going to do:

Psalm 62
1
I wait quietly before God,
for my victory comes from him.
2
He alone is my rock and my salvation,
my fortress where I will never be shaken.

God has this all under control.. All I know is whatever he is going to do, it will be big. This is because we serve a big God.
08/21/2022 Everyone seems stressed out anymore. Especially with what the Biden administration is doing to everyone. But I have noticed that Christians who serve our King and take responsibility for the things God gives us here on this earth to take care of seem to have fewer signs of stress to the point of showing peace. Most of the time the enemy tries to attack those who serve God but they still do not exibit the stress of fear like the rest of the world. People who call themselves Christians but do not serve God are never attacked by the enemy. He already has you right where he wants you being ineffective for the Kingdom.

The reason the Christian who exibits peace understand the power of Gods Love quoted by Paul:

Romans 8:38-39
38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Isaiah confirms the work our powerful God:

Isaiah 33:22 (New Living Translation)
For the Lord is our judge, our lawgiver, and our king. He will care for us and save us.

They also get peace from knowing he is always watching and how valuable they are to God:

Mathew 10:28-31
28 “Don’t be afraid of those who want to kill your body; they cannot touch your soul. Fear only God, who can destroy both soul and body in hell. 29 What is the price of two sparrows—one copper coin? But not a single sparrow can fall to the ground without your Father knowing it. 30 And the very hairs on your head are all numbered. 31 So don’t be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows.

They also know God is there for the long haul:

Jeremiah 29:11 New Living Translation
11 For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

The final step is to have the faith that these things will happen even if God seems quiet. Sometimes the trials we face may seem like we have been abandoned. God may be waiting for you to pray for wisdom or to even forgive someone. Never blame God for not giving you peace because of the consequences of your sins.

I definitely want to serve God the way they do to experience peace even through the trials of the enemy and everyday living. The secret is that personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Get to know him by reading God's word and invite the Holy Spirit inside to manage your life. Peace will follow.
08/10/2022 Everyone talks about listening to God but not too many talk about the voice of God. I found some doodling that someone did on telegram listing in columns the way God speaks and the way that Satan speaks.

God's voice ---------------------------- Satans Voice

Stills you ------------------------------- rushes you

Leads you ---------------------------- pushes you

Reassures you ---------------------- frightens you

Enlightens you ---------------------- confuses you

Encourages you ------------------- discourages you

Comforts you ----------------------- worries you

Calms you ---------------------------- obsesses you

Convicts you ------------------------ condemns you

Notice that the first one is "still you". I notice there are many verses that talk about "still"

Psalm 27:14
Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.

Psalm 37:7
Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for him to act. Don’t worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes

Psalm 46:10 (New Living Translation)
“Be still, and know that I am God! I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world."

Exodus 14:13
But Moses told the people, “Don’t be afraid. Just stand still and watch the Lord rescue you today. The Egyptians you see today will never be seen again

Jeremiah 47:6
Ah, sword of the Lord, how long will it be before you rest? Return back to your scabbard. Cease and be still

Mark 4:39
Then he stood up and rebuked the wind, and he said to the sea, “Quiet! Be still!” The wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

Is this a clue that being still is necessary to get the most out of our relationship with Jesus Christ. I know he did this when he prayed to the Father in the garden to prepare for the next day.

The last one in the list deals with conviction and condemnation. Neither sound like much fun but conviction as said in these verses:

John 16:8
And when he comes, he will convict the world of its sin, and of God’s righteousness, and of the coming judgment.

Jude 1:15
to execute judgment on the people of the world. He will convict every person of all the ungodly things they have done and for all the insults that ungodly sinners have spoken against him.”

These verses are to focus us on cleaning up our lives to become the servants God wants. On the other hand Satan minimizes the resurrection of Jesus Christ by telling us we are too evil to be of any value to Jesus Christ. Since you are so bad, it would be much better to not worry about it and just go back to your worldly life. Because of what Jesus Christ did this is a lie. My buddy says almost every gang member will tell him that they have done to many bad things that Christ will not want them. But he will tell them that Jesus does not keep a point system on sin but is looking for anyone willing to turn their hearts to him and ask for forgiveness. These verses confirm this:

Romans 5:9
And since we have been made right in God’s sight by the blood of Christ, he will certainly save us from God’s condemnation.

Romans 5:16
And the result of God’s gracious gift is very different from the result of that one man’s sin. For Adam’s sin led to condemnation, but God’s free gift leads to our being made right with God, even though we are guilty of many sins.

Now when we hear a voice, how does it compare to what is on the list? God’s voice will match the first column. This also was written on that doodle:

"God is a God of love and order. if the voice you are hearing doesn't sound like those things listed above then they are not from him."

I am not sure why he put the other thing with God's voice but it is very very true:

"God is never early and he is never late. He is always right on time and his plans for you are good."
04/18/2022 Easter symbolizes what Jesus Christ did for us. It took time for him to get to this point. He had to grow up like all of us and every day was a test whether he would sin today or not. 30+ year is a long time to not mess up. He was also tested by Satan who lost that battle. He then served us to demonstrate to us how to live. Before he rose from the dead he had to defeat Satan again. This was done for us freely because he loved us and we cannot earn it.

Romans 3:23-24 (New Living Translation)
For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Yet God, in his grace, freely makes us right in his sight. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins.

Why do many Christians and churches stop here when it comes to grace. Our walk with Christ is much more than just grace. We need to move on to the next step.

Galatians 2:20 (New Living Translation)
My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Now Jesus needs to live inside of us. We should begin to mirror Jesus Christ to people around us. They should see something different about us

2 Corinthians 5:14-15 (New Living Translation)
Either way, Christ’s love controls us. Since we believe that Christ died for all, we also believe that we have all died to our old life. He died for everyone so that those who receive his new life will no longer live for themselves. Instead, they will live for Christ, who died and was raised for them.

That is right. Jesus can actually control what we watch on the boob tube, crude humor, or dangerous traps. His Spirit can send those signals to make us want to walk away from those things that can deceive or destroy us. It is time to share why we cannot do those things anymore and to share Christs goodness with others.

1 Corinthians 1:18 (New Living Translation)
The message of the cross is foolish to those who are headed for destruction! But we who are being saved know it is the very power of God.

Living in the flesh separated from God does make the cross seem foolish. They do not understand what love is and the difficulty of keeping the law because it has no meaning to them. But only Jesus can fill that void in those who think that. God is getting ready to release his Glory and many people are beginning to hunger for God"s word. He is coming after the youth first. You can show those people what Jesus Christ is all about. The devil loves it when we are complacent. Lets be bold and bring people into the Kingdom of God.
04/15/2022 Easter message

It is nearly Good Friday the start of the fulfilment of a lot of scriptures. I am sure that the disciples have read or read with Jesus the book of Isaiah but I wonder if they ever understood what it means especially this part:

Isaiah 53:5-6 (New Living Translation)
But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. All of us, like sheep, have strayed away. We have left God’s paths to follow our own. Yet the Lord laid on him the sins of us all.

Jesus took all twelve of his disciples to have a meeting to explain everything again to them. I wonder how dense we are at understanding the things God is trying to Reveal to us. A lot has to do with listening and the comprehension of the word. God has ways of revealing things from his word. Ask him to give you wisdom to open its power.

Matthew 20: 17-19 (New Living Translation)
As Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, he took the twelve disciples aside privately and told them what was going to happen to him. “Listen,” he said, “we’re going up to Jerusalem, where the Son of Man will be betrayed to the leading priests and the teachers of religious law. They will sentence him to die. Then they will hand him over to the Romans to be mocked, flogged with a whip, and crucified. But on the third day he will be raised from the dead.”

Jesus knew what Isaiah meant probably when he was twelve. To live that long knowing how you were going to end in life must have been challenging. I am grateful that God has not shared with me when or how I am going out of this Earth. This shows what kind of love Jesus had for us. In the end he would have liked to have a way to get out of what was about to happen:

Matthew 26:39
He went on a little farther and bowed with his face to the ground, praying, “My Father! If it is possible, let this cup of suffering be taken away from me. Yet I want your will to be done, not mine.”

The thought of becoming sin and being beaten. Then to be hung on a cross to die is not on anyone's bucket list. To make matters even worse was he knew everyone was going to abandon him leaving him all alone. The Father said, "You must finish this." was all he needed to continue on.

You and I have greatly benefited from Jesus completing his mission and releasing the Holy Spirit.

John 14:26
New Living Translation
26 But when the Father sends the Advocate as my representative—that is, the Holy Spirit—he will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you.
02/26/2022 Even though salvation is free. There is some cost to enter into God's Kingdom. It is not free.

Acts 14:22 where they strengthened the believers. They encouraged them to continue in the faith, reminding them that we must suffer many hardships to enter the Kingdom of God.
