They have become so religious they have know idea who God is. Jesus told his disciples what the old church or the religious people were going to do to him: Matthew 16:21 Jesus Predicts His Death From then on Jesus began to tell his disciples plainly that it was necessary for him to go to Jerusalem, and that he would suffer many terrible things at the hands of the elders, the leading priests, and the teachers of religious law. He would be killed, but on the third day he would be raised from the dead. I have seen what the modern day church does to people who have sinned as though they never have sinned in their own life. President Trump is a good example of this hypocrisy. They say, "I am to good to support a man like this because he has sin in his life." Are you so naive that if God thought like you he would not be able to use anybody to accomplish his goals because of the sins we have ALL committed. Another thing to think about is the fact you hold past sins against people. When Jesus Christ forgives sin he forgets about it. Or are you too religious to forget about peoples past sins. Make note of Paul's writing. It is written: Colossians 3:13 Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others. As for President Trump who may not be perfect but I love everything the man stands for and would be honored to have him in my church. But I will not be swayed from the fact that "Jesus is Lord". 12/02/2024 Don't we all wish we had the relationship these two have: Hebrews 1:1-2 NLT Long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets. And now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son. God promised everything to the Son as an inheritance, and through the Son he created the universe. This is why Jesus has all the power his Father has because he always had it. That is why Jesus said "If you have seen me you have seen the Father." Jesus is Lord! 11/29/2024 More reasons to give thanks to our King: Psalm 136:1,26 NLT Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever. 11/28/2024 I know a lot of us are thankful on this Thanksgiving day but what a challenge this would be: 1 Chronicles 16:8 NLT Give thanks to the Lord and proclaim his greatness. Let the whole world know what he has done. This all can start by beginning with one individual. After all Jesus is "The King of kings". Let's do it for him. 11/27/2024 Do you want blessings in your life and make God smile? Paul says it all here: Colossians 3:16 NLT Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts. I have seen the message of Jesus Christ transform lives to their fullness. We were never meant to be lone rangers in life either. It takes a body to teach and counsel one another. Even doing these two things pleases God. But when you bring glory to his name with psalms and hymns with a thankful heart, just watch God do some amazing things in your life. The most detrimental thing about fulfilling this verse can be our worldly activities. It can change our focus on the things of God to the pleasures of self. I have experienced this myself. This can happen to anyone if we let our guard down. The enemy already has it planned to happen in a manner where we might not realize it is happening. He has had thousands of years to practice and is good at it. The Holy Spirit can give us discernment if we ask him to expose his plan. Just as those students said in the democrat rally, "Jesus is Lord" 11/24/2024 The Thanksgiving holiday is next week and how many of us are really thankful. After all this current administration has been doing everything to make our lives miserable. People who look for the positive in all the crap brought up a good point. "Do you see how God has protected us from complete devastation. He only let what happened to give us a wake up call to what will happen if we let evil reign." Paul has the secret to creating thankful Christians in all situations: Colossians 2:6-7 (New Living Translation) And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness. Colossians 3:17 (New Living Translation) And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father. God loves the thankful heart and let's practice it. This is where blessings truly come from. Thankfulness is a form of worship and it brings honor to the name of our King. Look deep even during times of suffering you will always find things to be thankful for. After all "Jesus is still Lord" 11/20/2024 It is getting towards the end of November and the Thanksgiving Holiday is coming. I was curious what the bible has to say about thanksgiving. When you search scriptures there are 32 occurrences in the entire bible. The winners with no surprise to me was when Nehemiah mentioned it (5) times and the Psalms (8) times. David had a thankful heart and God did a miracle for Nehemiah getting that wall up quickly. Even the word "thanks" is mentioned in Nehemiah (8) times and in Psalm (35) times. These books are again the winners. These are just a few verses I listed: Psalm 26:6-7 NLT 6 I wash my hands to declare my innocence. I come to your altar, O Lord, 7 singing a song of thanksgiving and telling of all your wonders {Brag about our Kings accomplishments in our life} Psalm 69:30 NLT Then I will praise God’s name with singing, and I will honor him with thanksgiving. Psalm 100:4 NLT Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name. Do you think maybe David was the apple of God because of his thankful heart? He was not ashamed to glorify the name of God by demonstrating it publicly with praise and song. For this time of thanksgiving in 2024 lets "Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his church with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name." We all know that God loves a truly thankful heart! Jesus Christ "The name where all blessings come from!" 11/19/2024 Have you ever noticed that people who love the Lord seem to have more joy in their lives. I know of a couple other people who think like David on this subject of joy: Psalm 1:1-2 (New Living Translation) Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand around with sinners, or join in with mockers. But they delight in the law of the Lord, meditating on it day and night. Both Paul and Jesus Christ talked about this. One thing that Jesus Christ could do that Paul could not is the law never makes things perfect, but Jesus can. Hebrews 7:19 NLT 19 For the law never made anything perfect. But now we have confidence in a better hope, through which we draw near to God. If you really have the Holy Spirit dwelling in your life you will feel bad about hanging around sin. We need to hang around with People who truly love God in order to experience the joy Psalms 1 is talking about. God written word can also do the same. Jesus "King of kings" 11/18/2024 Have you ever thought that God will prepare the way for us before he asks us to do anything. Sometimes it is done by showing us how to do it like he did with Noah. Genesis 6:14-15 NLT 14 “Build a large boat from cypress wood and waterproof it with tar, inside and out. Then construct decks and stalls throughout its interior. 15 Make the boat 450 feet long, 75 feet wide, and 45 feet high. I know that God gave more details then what is given in the scriptures. There was not a lot of ship building going on at this time so God also gave Noah wisdom to complete the task. Later in life when the Israel was building the tabernacle, God sent craftsman to Moses to build it when he did not have the talent and or time to do it. Exodus 31:1-6 NLT 1 Then the Lord said to Moses, 2 “Look, I have specifically chosen Bezalel son of Uri, grandson of Hur, of the tribe of Judah. 3 I have filled him with the Spirit of God, giving him great wisdom, ability, and expertise in all kinds of crafts. 4 He is a master craftsman, expert in working with gold, silver, and bronze. 5 He is skilled in engraving and mounting gemstones and in carving wood. He is a master at every craft! 6 “And I have personally appointed Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, to be his assistant. Moreover, I have given special skill to all the gifted craftsmen so they can make all the things I have commanded you to make: Sometimes we are called to assist other people as Oholiab was. Take note of the last verse: "Moreover, I have given special skill to all the gifted craftsmen so they can make all the things I have commanded you to make:" So never fear God will have you covered when he sends you on a mission. Moses used his speaking ability to try to get out of meeting Pharaoh. Even though he sent Arron I believe that God would have given Moses the ability to speak. Even in my own life I never have liked writing but God has given me joy in being able to share what is going on in my own life in words. Many times he give me topics to write about and other times it is what I am observing. I pray that the Holy Spirit guides my words to Glorify the name of Jesus Christ. What I am trying to say is that God will magnify your talents to complete any task he may ask of you. Be like King Solomon and ask for more wisdom: 1 Kings 3:7-14 NLT 7 “Now, O Lord my God, you have made me king instead of my father, David, but I am like a little child who doesn’t know his way around. 8 And here I am in the midst of your own chosen people, a nation so great and numerous they cannot be counted! 9 Give me an understanding heart so that I can govern your people well and know the difference between right and wrong. For who by himself is able to govern this great people of yours?” 10 The Lord was pleased that Solomon had asked for wisdom. 11 So God replied, “Because you have asked for wisdom in governing my people with justice and have not asked for a long life or wealth or the death of your enemies— 12 I will give you what you asked for! I will give you a wise and understanding heart such as no one else has had or ever will have! 13 And I will also give you what you did not ask for—riches and fame! No other king in all the world will be compared to you for the rest of your life! 14 And if you follow me and obey my decrees and my commands as your father, David, did, I will give you a long life.” Why would God put these verses in the bible unless he wants us to physically ask for more wisdom. You may never get to be as wise as Solomon but let God take you beyond your human limits. Jesus is Lord! 11/14/2024 Did you ever wonder why Jesus who came to the Earth as a human, how he could possibly live his whole life without sinning? Believe it or not but Albert Einstein actually had the reason why Jesus did what he did. When Albert Einstein was in college, he was challenged by an atheist professor. He asked the entire class, "Does evil exist?" The response from the class was "Yes". The professor then asked the entire class, "Did God create everything?" The students all responded agreed that God created every thing. The professor then challenged them by saying, "That means God created evil. Then he is evil in of it himself." Einstein would not let his definition of evil go. He raised his hand and asked, "Professor, does cold exist?" The professor replied, "Yes, it does. Have you never been cold before?" Einstein then said, "Cold does not exist. Cold is the absence of heat. You measure temperature based on how much heat is the atmosphere." Einstein did not stop here. He then asked, "Professor, do you believes that darkness exists?" His professor responded, "Yes, darkness does exist." Einstein again said, "Professor, you are wrong. Darkness does not exist. You can only measure light. Darkness is the absence of light. You measure how dark it is by the lack of light." Einstein's final question to his professor was, "Professor, does evil exist?" His professor was beginning to become uneasy with this question, but finally said, "Yes, evil exist. You can see all the crime and violence going around the world." Einstein again said, "Sir, evil does not exist, at least not unto itself. Evil is the absence of God. Evils is what happens when men don't have God's love in their hearts. Evil is like cold when there is no heat and darkness when there is no light." The professor then sat down. Jesus was dedicated to the Father his entire life. God was always present in his life which made it possible for him to live a sin free life. So if we want to have any hope to live a nearly sin free life, the key is that strong relationship with Jesus Christ. Jesus did it by his strong relationship with his Father. Always remember a sin free life is to please Jesus. It will never get you into heaven because it is works. Our salvation is based entirely on our relationship with Jesus Christ. Let us serve him because we love him. Jesus is Lord! 11/09/2024 It sure sounds like Jesus Christ is narrating this verse in Isaiah: Isaiah 1:18 NLT “Come now, let’s settle this,” says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, I will make them as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, I will make them as white as wool. When our King rose from the dead, he became that filter that displays us pure to the Father exactly how Isaiah described it. He is definitely pure himself: Daniel 7:9 I watched as thrones were put in place and the Ancient One sat down to judge. His clothing was as white as snow, his hair like purest wool. He sat on a fiery throne with wheels of blazing fire, Revelation 1:14 NLT His head and his hair were white like wool, as white as snow. And his eyes were like flames of fire. Jesus "King of kings" and "Lord over lords". 11/07/2024 I sure do like hearing this phrase, "President Donald Trump". I dedicate this verse to him because he is doing so many things world wide: Isaiah 14:26-27 NLT 26 I have a plan for the whole earth, a hand of judgment upon all the nations. 27 The Lord of Heaven’s Armies has spoken— who can change his plans? When his hand is raised, who can stop him? Lord, move this man like a freight train so your enemies will be crushed. I know that he loves you but he still needs your protection and enthusiasm to continue the fight. I am sure he likes this Motto for America. "One nation under God serving Jesus Christ". President Trump you sure have my support!! 11/06/2024 I have noticed how what has happened to us in the last four years has had repercussions on everyone. I do believe that God is removing the fence and is showing small signs of what America is doing to herself by separating from the true God. I firmly believe God is doing this as I write this: Ephesians 1:9-10 NLT God has now revealed to us his mysterious will regarding Christ—which is to fulfill his own good plan. And this is the plan: At the right time he will bring everything together under the authority of Christ—everything in heaven and on earth. No one in our past has ever seen anything like what God is about to do. The people who lived in Acts will say to God that we have never seen anything like this. God will reply, "I am saving the best till last." just a Jesus did with the wine. None of us have any idea what God is about to do. It will be done according to Ephesians 1:9-10. All I know is that the name of Jesus Christ is going to be exalted during this time. There will probably also be a great falling away when God destroys the fence. As for me "Jesus is Lord" and he will always be "King of Kings" to me. P.S. I really am getting impatient with God's plan coming together. God is always having to remind me that he wants no one to go to hell. His reason is to give more people time to turn to him and to expose what the enemy is doing to his people. President Trump has been reelected to destroy the enemy for what he has done. God is giving many another chance to repent. True love for people would make us want the same timing God does. 11/01/2024 So you think you are the only one who has problems, Peter says you are not alone: 1 Peter 5:8-9 NLT Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your family of believers all over the world is going through the same kind of suffering you are. The sad part about this is that we become so focused on what is going on in our lives that we forget this about other people who are also struggling. I just only have to think about President Trump who the nut jobs are trying to take out. My problems are miniscule to his and I need to be praying for his safety and Victory over the evil one. If he wins, we all win. Jesus is Lord and Trump 2024 10/31/2024 These verses fits the Democrat party to a tee. The Republicans who lust for money are in the same boat. Replace Jerusalem with Washington DC and you have a true statement and a God who is just as angry today: Isaiah 28:14-22 NLT 14 Therefore, listen to this message from the Lord, you scoffing rulers in Jerusalem. 15 You boast, “We have struck a bargain to cheat death and have made a deal to dodge the grave. The coming destruction can never touch us, for we have built a strong refuge made of lies and deception.” 16 Therefore, this is what the Sovereign Lord says: “Look! I am placing a foundation stone in Jerusalem, a firm and tested stone. It is a precious cornerstone that is safe to build on. Whoever believes need never be shaken. 17 I will test you with the measuring line of justice and the plumb line of righteousness. Since your refuge is made of lies, a hailstorm will knock it down. Since it is made of deception, a flood will sweep it away. [Look at all the flooding and hail occurring world wide.] 18 I will cancel the bargain you made to cheat death, and I will overturn your deal to dodge the grave. When the terrible enemy sweeps through, you will be trampled into the ground. 19 Again and again that flood will come, morning after morning, day and night, until you are carried away.” This message will bring terror to your people. 20 The bed you have made is too short to lie on. The blankets are too narrow to cover you. 21 The Lord will come as he did against the Philistines at Mount Perazim and against the Amorites at Gibeon. So scoff no more, or your punishment will be even greater. This is why it is so important to vote. Send the real bad ones packing. The rest will soon learn. We want people in government who honor the masses and hopefully God. After all this country has been under his protection for a long time. Let's put him back on the throne again. He is a natural at it. "One nation under God serving Jesus Christ." This should be our national motto. Now watch America become great again. 10/30/2024 If you really want to please our King do this: Romans 12:1 NLT And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. Even though praise is amazing this is what our King really wants from us. 10/29/2024 A black woman had a dream from God. God revealed to her that President Trump is not a great orator and does have sin in his life. He then told her, "I have seen his heart, and I see he wants righteousness for my nation of America. That is the reason that I have chosen him for what I am about to do." But many pastors and Christians are like this: Luke 18:9-15 NLT Parable of the Christian and President Trump 9 Then Jesus told this story to some who had great confidence in their own righteousness and scorned everyone else: 10 “Two men went to the Temple to pray. One was a Christian, and the other was a despised president. 11 The Christian stood by himself and prayed this prayer: ‘I thank you, God, that I am not like other people—cheaters, sinners, adulterers. I’m certainly not like that president! 12 I fast twice a week, and I give you a tenth of my income.’ 13 “But President stood at a distance and dared not even lift his eyes to heaven as he prayed. Instead, he beat his chest in sorrow, saying, ‘O God, be merciful to me, for I am a sinner.’ 14 I tell you, this sinner, not the Christian, returned home justified before God. For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.” I know that I substituted Christian for Pharisee and President Trump for tax collector, but the verse is still true. I have always liked President Trump even if he has sin in his life. I totally understand him because I too have sin in my life but because of Jesus Christ who forgives sin has forgotten our past sins and is interested what we are doing now. Even though we both are trying to live more like Christ we will never get there 100% because it is written: Romans 3:23 NLT For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. This means our past; present and future life is going to contain sin or the consequences of sin. So, you sinner, get off the sins of Donald Trump and vote and support a man who wants righteousness for this nation. God sent his son to save the individual from hell and Donald Trump to save a nation. God definitely picked the right man for this job. Donald Trump 2024 10/28/2024 Sometimes we like to put our giving on a pedestal in front of God then his son reveals this in two of the gospels: Luke 21:1-4 NLT The Widow’s Offering 21 While Jesus was in the Temple, he watched the rich people dropping their gifts in the collection box. 2 Then a poor widow came by and dropped in two small coins. 3 “I tell you the truth,” Jesus said, “this poor widow has given more than all the rest of them. 4 For they have given a tiny part of their surplus, but she, poor as she is, has given everything she has. Mark says that Jesus called his disciples together first before he revealed the meaning of giving. He wanted to make sure they got it: Mark 12:41-44 NLT The Widow’s Offering 41 Jesus sat down near the collection box in the Temple and watched as the crowds dropped in their money. Many rich people put in large amounts. 42 Then a poor widow came and dropped in two small coins. 43 Jesus called his disciples to him and said, “I tell you the truth, this poor widow has given more than all the others who are making contributions. 44 For they gave a tiny part of their surplus, but she, poor as she is, has given everything she had to live on. Even though I give a lot to help in the ministries God has chosen me for, he wants me to know that I am not alone and there are people who give and sacrifice more than I do. There are people in the ghetto who probably give more like the widow lady and still give a lower percentage than I do. For example, If I give 30% of $60,000 and they give 10% of $20,000 that leaves me with $42,000 and the person in the ghetto with $18,000. In today's economy I am better of then the other person and made less of a sacrifice then he did. It takes more personal sacrifice for those who do not make as much money as I do. God will honor both cases and we both will never miss that money when God is in control in the long term. It is humbling to know there are people today who give like the widow woman. This definitely keeps things in perspective for me when I give. 10/25/2024 King Solomon credited this to being one of the wisest men to walk the earth: Proverbs 9:10 NLT Fear of the Lord is the foundation of wisdom. Knowledge of the Holy One results in good judgment. Until this guides our thinking, we will do many dumb things in the sight of our King. Paul hit the nail on the head: Titus 3:3 NLT Once we, too, were foolish and disobedient. We were misled and became slaves to many lusts and pleasures. Our lives were full of evil and envy, and we hated each other. Romans 1:21 Yes, they knew God, but they wouldn’t worship him as God or even give him thanks. And they began to think up foolish ideas of what God was like. As a result, their minds became dark and confused. These last two verses represent many Christians of today. You think that I am wrong then why did Jesus say: Matthew 7:21-23 NLT True Disciples 21 “Not everyone who calls out to me, ‘Lord! Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter. 22 On judgment day many will say to me, ‘Lord! Lord! We prophesied in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name.’ 23 But I will reply, ‘I never knew you. Get away from me, you who break God’s laws.’ They are not following the advice of King Solomon. This is how to begin that personal relationship with our LORD. 10/24/2024 America is paying a price for being disobedient to God. Deuteronomy explains what happens when a nation quits obeying God: Deuteronomy 28:15-24 NLT Curses for Disobedience 15 “But if you refuse to listen to the Lord your God and do not obey all the commands and decrees I am giving you today, all these curses will come and overwhelm you: 16 Your towns and your fields will be cursed. {You see it in the Blue cities today} 17 Your fruit baskets and breadboards will be cursed. {Just had recalls on bad onions and beef.} 18 Your children and your crops will be cursed. {Kids don't know their gender today} The offspring of your herds and flocks will be cursed. {Check out the bird flu } 19 Wherever you go and whatever you do, you will be cursed. {Definitely see it in California, but it is spreading} 20 “The Lord himself will send on you curses, confusion, and frustration in everything you do, until at last you are completely destroyed for doing evil and abandoning me. {Confusion and frustation is everywhere. Road rage is a good example} 21 The Lord will afflict you with diseases until none of you are left in the land you are about to enter and occupy. {Have not forgot about the scamdemic. They sure tried to kill us.} 22 The Lord will strike you with wasting diseases, fever, and inflammation, with scorching heat and drought, and with blight and mildew. These disasters will pursue you until you die. {There are lots of sick people today and I personally faced the scorching heat and drought on the land.} 23 The skies above will be as unyielding as bronze, and the earth beneath will be as hard as iron. {Some say this means that our prayers just bounce back.} 24 The Lord will change the rain that falls on your land into powder, and dust will pour down from the sky until you are destroyed. {Witnessed this one too. I was not destroyed by the dust though. It is almost like they are talking about chemtrails. Those definitely create dust from the sky.} These things all happen to Israel when they disobeyed God. We are feeling the beginning of Deuteronomy 28:15 in our nation today. We deserve everything that is happening, but God has other plans for America. His son wants to use America to bring the word to the entire world before he returns which is soon. But when Israel came back to God, he turned all these bad things off and blessed the nation again. Lucky for us, God decided to do the same for us. We did not deserve it. We have to fall in behind the will of God. Since God is giving mercy to America, we need to pay attention to how we are living for our King. Mercy is not a get out of jail card free. Hebrews talks about those who abuse mercy: Hebrews 10:26-27 NLT 26 Dear friends, if we deliberately continue sinning after we have received knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice that will cover these sins. 27 There is only the terrible expectation of God’s judgment and the raging fire that will consume his enemies. The harvest is great, and we need to be in our top form when we preach the gospel to the world. After all, everyone is watching us. We need to show people the life that our King showed us when he was on the Earth. Our King came so that no man would parish. If we truly loved people, we would want to go after them like our King did when he was on earth. I know this irritates a lot of people but "JESUS CHRIST IS LORD and is also the KING OF KINGS."
