It is going on two years and everyone is getting impatient with what seems to be taking forever. But there is a reason why: 2 Peter 3:9 (New Living Translation) The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent. This is what true love is about. I would have toasted the bad guys by now. That is another reason why God doesn't ask for my opinion. He too will only take so much before he reacts. Just remember this: Matthew 16:25 (New Living Translation) If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for my sake, you will save it. It is time to repent and turn our life over to Jesus Christ. If we don't, the Lake of Fire will be our next home. Jesus would rather we be in the Kingdom of God with him. 09/24/2025 God sees, God judges and God restores My friend, I want to tell you something tonight that is as real as the ground beneath your feet. God sees everything. Nothing escapes his sight. Proverbs 15:3 NLT 3 The Lord is watching everywhere, keeping his eye on both the evil and the good. The Bible declares in Proverbs 15:3, "The eyes of the Lord are in every place. Keeping watch on the evil and the good." That means no secret, no line, no betrayal, is hidden from him. He sees your pain. He sees the injustice. He sees the tears that fall in the dark when no one else notices. Sometimes, when we are wronged or when someone slanders us and when betrayal cuts deep, we wonder, "God, do you see? Do you care?" The answer from scripture is a resounding "Yes". He is not blind and he is not absent. He is the God who sees. Just as Hagar in the wilderness lifted her eyes and called him El-roi (the God who sees me), so can you. But seeing is not all he does. He also acts. God's justice is flawless. Human justice is weak, swayed by money, power or pride but God judges with perfect righteousness. Deuteronomy 32:4 NLT 4 He is the Rock; his deeds are perfect. Everything he does is just and fair. He is a faithful God who does no wrong; how just and upright he is! Deuteronomy 32:4 says, "He is the rock. His works are perfect in all his ways are just. He does not make mistakes. He does not ignore evil. He does not overlook sin and he will never allow the wicked to escape his judgment." You may look around and wonder why liars prosper, why the corrupt seem to rise, Why those who do evil appear to go free? Psalms 37 answers, "Do not fret because of evildoers, for they will soon wither like the green herb." God's timing is not ours. He is patient, giving people space to repent. But patience is not weakness. The day of reckoning will come. Pharaoh thought he was invincible, yet God brought him down in the Red sea. Hayman plotted against God's people, yet he perished on the very gallows he built. God always has the last word. This is why the bible warns us in Romans: Romans 12:19 NLT 19 Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say, “I will take revenge; I will pay them back,” says the Lord. Do not take revenge my dear friends but leave room for God's wrath. For it is written "It is mine to avenge. I will repay." says the Lord. Vengeance is not ours. It belongs to him. When we try to carry it, it poisons us. It makes us bitter. It traps us in anger. But when we release it to God, we are free. He is the judge and he never fails. Look at Joseph, betrayed by his brother, sold into slavery, falsely accused and thrown into prison. If ever a man had reason to take revenge, it was Joseph. But years later, standing in power before the very men who had wronged him. He said, "You meant it for evil. But God ment it for good." Genesis 50:20 NLT 20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people. That is the perspective of faith, the ability to trust that God can take betrayal and turn it into blessing. What the enemy intends for harm, God can use for salvation. Then there is forgiveness. Jesus said in Matthew: Matthew 6:14-15 NLT 14 “If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. 15 But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins. If you forgive others when they sent against you, your heavenly father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others, neither will your father forgive your sins. Forgiveness is not optional. It is commanded. Why? Because unforgiveness keeps us chained to the very hurt we long to escape. It is like drinking poison and hoping the other person suffers. Jesus hanging on the cross, beaten and mocked, looked at his enemies and prayed, "Father forgive them for they know not what they do." Luke 23:34 NLT 34 Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.”[a] And the soldiers gambled for his clothes by throwing dice. That is divine forgiveness and he calls us to do the same. Forgiveness does not mean excusing sin or pretending nothing happened. It means placing the matter in God's hands. It means refusing to let bitterness rule your heart. It means trusting him to be your defender, your judge, your redeemer and here is the good news "God restores". Job lost everything; his wealth, his health and even his children. Yet, Job remained faithful. The Bible says, "The Lord restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as before." Job 42:10 NLT 10 When Job prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes. In fact, the Lord gave him twice as much as before! Joseph lost years of his life but God elevated him to save a nation. Naomi lost her husband and sons, but God gave her a grandson through Ruth, restoring her joy friend. What have you lost, a relationship, an opportunity, or a dream. God is still in the business of restoration. Joel 2:25 NLT 25 The Lord says, “I will give you back what you lost to the swarming locusts, the hopping locusts, the stripping locusts, and the cutting locusts. It was I who sent this great destroying army against you. I will restore to you the years that the locusts have eaten only God can give back what time and sin and sorrow have taken away and he does it perfectly. He does not merely return what was lost but he makes it better. He turns ashes into beauty. He takes mourning and gives joy. He takes brokenness and brings wholeness. So tonight, remember this: God sees, God judges, God restores. The enemies that rise against you are in his hands. The pain you carry is not wasted. The loss you feel is not the end of the story. Trust him. Forgive those who hurt you. Leave vengeance in his hands and believe that he will restore more than you ever dreamed. Because at the cross, justice and mercy met. Jesus bore the penalty of sin, defeated death and opened the door to new life. The same savior who rose from the grave, is alive today watching over you ready to carry your burdens and make all things new. Will you trust him with your enemies? Will you surrender your pain? Will you let him restore your life? In honor of Billy Graham 09/22/2025 The habits that grieve the heart of GodEach morning when you open your eyes, you are given a gift, the gift of a new day. The first steps you take, the first thoughts you allow, the first choices you make will set the course for everything that follows. Many people never stop to consider this. They rise in a rush. They then reach for their phones. They dive into the world's noise before ever turning their hearts to God. And yet, the way you begin your day matters deeply to the Lord. The Bible says, this is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118:24 NKJV 24 This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it. But for so many joy never enters their mornings because they've already allowed habits that grieve the spirit of God to take root. Habits that seem small but carry eternal weight. The first of these is neglecting prayer. Prayer is not an option for the believer. It is the lifeline of the soul. To skip prayers is to tell God, "I can do this on my own." But my friend, we cannot. We are weak, frail and vulnerable without him. Jesus himself prayed constantly. If the sinless Son of God needed prayer, how much more do we. When you begin your day without prayer, you walk into battle unarmed, exposed to temptation, weighed down by burdens that God never intended for you to carry. The second is filling the mind with the world's distractions. Too often before the hands are folded in prayer, they are scrolling through screens. Before Gods word is read, the news and the noise of social media flood the heart. The result is anxiety, comparison, and fear. The world shouts, "You are not enough. You do not have enough. You will never be enough." But God whispers, "You are mine." The Bible commands us, "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Romans 12:2 NLT 2 Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. What you allow into your mind each morning shapes your entire day. The third thing is harboring unforgiveness. Unforgiveness is poison to the soul. It begins as a wound, but if left unhealed it festers into bitterness and bitterness shuts the heart away from gods love. Jesus said plainly, "If you do not forgive others their sins, your father will not forgive your sins." Matthew 6:15 NLT 15 But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins. Those are sobering words. Many people wake up each morning rehearsing old hurts, replaying betrayals, carrying resentment as if it were shield. But unforgiveness is not a shield, it is a chain. It binds you to the past and blinds you to the blessings of the present. God has called you to let it go. Not because the offense was small but because his grace is greater. Forgiveness is not weakness. It is freedom. The fourth is living without gratitude. How tragic it is to wake up each day with breath in your lungs, food on your table, family around you and yet never pause to give thanks to the one who gave it all. Ingratitude hardens the heart. It blinds you to God's blessings and robs you of joy. These Istaelites were delivered from slavery, fed by God's own hands and led by his presence, and yet they grumbled. Their ingratitude kept them wandering in the wilderness. The Bible commands us to give thanks in all circumstances for this is God's will for you in Christ, Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 NLT 18 Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. Gratitude is not reserved for the good days. It is the posture of the believer's heart in every season. My friend these 4 habits: [prayerlessness, distraction unforgiveness and ingratitude] are not small matters. They are spiritual dangers. They draw you away from Gods presence and leave you vulnerable to the enemy's schemes. But the good news is this, "What the enemy uses to separate you, God can use to draw you back." The moment you choose to pray. The moment you set aside the world's noise to hear his word. The moment you release bitterness and choose forgiveness. The moment you lift your heart and gratitude, everything changes. Jesus Christ is made a way for you to walk in freedom, peace and joy. The cross has broken every chain, the resurrection secured your victory and the Spirit of God longs to fill your mournings with his presence. But you must choose him. Each day begins with a decision, "Will you walk in your own strength or will you walk in his?" Do not wait until tomorrow. Do not assume you can push it off another day. Start today. Begin your mornings with prayer. Fill your mind with scripture. Forgive as you have been forgiven. Give thanks for every blessing, large and small. And as you do, you will discover that the peace of God which passes all understanding will guard your heart and your mind in Christ, Jesus. In Honor of Billy Graham. 09/21/2025 Trusting God in every season of life Wherever you are and whatever season of life you may be walking through, I welcome you to this sacred moment. Right now just pause and take a deep breath. The very fact that you have made it to this moment is a blessing from God. Life isn't always easy. Some of you are students carrying silently the heavy weight of expectations. Some of you are parents trying to balance many responsibilities while staying strong for your families. Others may be in retirement wondering what comes next, longing to feel useful again. Seasons may differ, but one truth binds us all together. We all need to trust God more deeply. In Genesis 12:1 The Call of Abram 12 The Lord had said to Abram, “Leave your native country, your relatives, and your father’s family, and go to the land that I will show you. we read of Abraham. God called him to leave his country, his people and his father's household, and to go to a land that he would show him. There were no directions, no map, no timeline, just a promise. Abraham went. That was radical trust. I think of Joseph betrayed by his own brothers. He was sold into slavery, wrongly accused and thrown into prison. Yet years later, Joseph stood in a position of authority in Egypt and declared to those very brothers; you intended to harm me but God intended it for good: Genesis 50:20 NLT 20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people. His pain had a purpose. His story did not end in a pit. It ended in a palace. My friend, what about you? What fears are you still carrying? What burden rests heavy on your heart? What are you clinging to that God is asking you to release today? The invitation of scripture is clear. Lay it all down and trust that God knows what he is doing. His plans are always higher than ours and his ways are always good. Let us now turn our hearts to pray: Heavenly father, gracious and loving God, we come before you today with praise on our lips and gratitude in our hearts. You are our refuge and our rock and our shelter in the storm. You are the creator of heaven and earth. The one who set the stars in place and calls them by name. And yet, you know us, you know our thoughts, our struggles, our hopes, and even the words we are too afraid to speak out. Thank you for being holy, kind, merciful and compassionate, slow to anger and rich and love. Father, we thank you for waking us up this morning. Thank you for the breath in our lungs. The beat of our hearts and the chance to begin again. Your word says that your mercy's are new every morning and great is your faithfulness. Even when we falter, you remain constant. Even when life shifts around us, your love never changes. Lord, we come to you as we are imperfect and weak but willing. Forgive us for the times we have strayed from your will. Forgive us when we acted in fear instead of faith when we leaned on our own understanding instead of trusting you. Wash us clean father. Create in us pure hearts and renew right spirits within us. Help us to walk in the freedom and grace that Jesus secured for us at the cross. And as you forgive us, help us to forgive others. Remove bitterness from our hearts. Heal the places that are broken. Fill us with peace that surpasses all understanding. As we face the hours ahead, grant us wisdom in every decision whether large or small. We want to acknowledge you. Show us the way we should go. Open the doors that no one can shut and close the doors that are not of you. Keep us from fear of the unknown. For we know that you go before us. Father, we bring you our worries, concerns about health, finances, family and the future. We remember that you are Jehovah Jireh our provider. You gave manna from heaven, water from the rocks and multiplied loaves and fish. You have not changed. You are still the God of miracles. Provide for us Lord. Heal us when we are sick. Strengthen us when we are weak. Comfort us when we are weary. Protect our loved ones. Keep them safe, meet their needs and draw them closer to you. But we also ask for your protection today. Place upon us the full armor of God, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the spirit. Guard our minds. Guard our hearts. Keep our steps steady in your path. Holy Spirit, fill every part of our day. Guide our thoughts, shape our words and lead our actions. Help us to be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger. Let us shine as lights in a dark world, reflecting the love and grace of Christ wherever we go. When discouragement comes, remind us of your promises. When weakness overtakes us, remind us that your strength is made perfect in weakness. When loneliness sets in, remind us that you will never leave us nor forsake us. Use us Lord. Use our words, our time, our talents for your glory. Let our lives point others back to you. So, we close this prayer resting in your love. We may not know what this day holds, but we know the one who holds it. We place every fear, every hope, every plan into your hands. Thank you for hearing us even when words fail. Thank you for being faithful always in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen In honor of Billy Graham 02/15/2026 2 Chronicles 26:5 Uzziah sought God during the days of Zechariah, who taught him to fear God. And as long as the king sought guidance from the Lord, God gave him success. I really believe this verse is not for kings only. Both you and I can see the same results if it is God who sits on the throne. The question we need to ask ourselves "Do we really want this because his guidance may be something we do not want?" God does not put anything in his word that we cannot use in our own lives. A cold heart can stop what God wants to do for us. 03/06/2025 Isaiah 25:1 (New Living Translation) O Lord, I will honor and praise your name, for you are my God. You do such wonderful things! You planned them long ago, and now you have accomplished them. One guy described "my God" as a gentlemen. I never heard God described like that. He explained that he prayed to God to get him out of situations where he was arrested and he would serve him. God came to his aid two more times until he finally gave his entire life to our Lord. God was truly gracious to him while waiting for him to give up his old life. "Gentlemen" does fit our God. The phrase "You planned them long ago, and now you have accomplished them." was before Jesus came. His Son was his greatest accomplishment and it had not been accomplished yet. The moral of this story is God has accomplished many things up to everyone's present day. Some of us may be used years into the future to accomplish things for God. They were planned long ago but God will always be accomplishing new things using us in the future. How do we know this, "Jesus is Lord"! 07/06/2025 Matthew 24:35 NLT Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will never disappear. The focus of this verse is on the solid foundation of God's word. But pay close attention to "Heaven and earth will disappear". This tells me both earth and heaven are going under serious design changes. Revelations talks more about this. Revelation 21:1-2 NLT The New Jerusalem 21 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared. And the sea was also gone. 2 And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven like a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. I heard the old heaven is awesome but what is the new Heaven going to be like. It looks like our King's Kingdom is going to be our new neighbor. Only God knows what this new Heaven is going to look like because no one else has been their. JESUS will be Lord there also. 01/09/2025 Matthew 6:19-21 NLT “Don’t store up treasures here on earth, where moths eat them and rust destroys them, and where thieves break in and steal. Store your treasures in heaven, where moths and rust cannot destroy, and thieves do not break in and steal. Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will also be. One thing about serving God the way he wants, we automatically begin storing treasure in the Kingdom of God. It becomes difficult to serve God when we are building treasure on earth to. God does call people in business to be successful. But what do we do with that success? It is OK to have cool things but we are also to invest in people whom circumstances dealt a blow to their life. We will not see it if we do not look. If we begin to have more treasure stored on earth than in heaven it is time for a heart adjustment. Do not let your heart take your salvation from you. Your success can make you reject Jesus Christ when you began to live your life separate from him. When we do use our blessings for other people always remember this: Matthew 6:1-4 NLT Teaching about Giving to the Needy 6 “Watch out! Don’t do your good deeds publicly, to be admired by others, for you will lose the reward from your Father in heaven. 2 When you give to someone in need, don’t do as the hypocrites do—blowing trumpets in the synagogues and streets to call attention to their acts of charity! I tell you the truth, they have received all the reward they will ever get. 3 But when you give to someone in need, don’t let your left hand know what your right hand is doing. 4 Give your gifts in private, and your Father, who sees everything, will reward you. It is OK to keep your spouse in the loop to let them know what you are up too. "Jesus will always be Lord" 04/28/2025 Philippians 2:5-8 NLT You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had. Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross. If you are experiencing attacks from the enemy you are getting there. The more you conform to Christ, the more angry the enemy gets. The amount you get on his nerves, tells you how much you are serving God. Keep up the effort because "Jesus is Lord". We probably can put our names in place of Peters in this verse. Luke 22:31-32 NLT Jesus Predicts Peter’s Denial “Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift each of you like wheat.32 But I have pleaded in prayer for you, Simon, that your faith should not fail. Our King does not want us to fail. 02/06/2026 Psalm 97:10 NLT You who love the Lord, hate evil! He protects the lives of his godly people and rescues them from the power of the wicked. Really, if we truly love Jesus we will want to hate evil. The rest of the verse is a promise if we do. Boy, do we need God more than ever with all the wickedness going on. Our God sees all the evil going on around him. He is using great control to not smite the sin around him. As Paul says, it is probably Jesus pleading for us. Romans 8:34 NLT Who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us. 04/05/2024 We all know that this is the plan that the Old Testament talked about: Ephesians 1:7 (New International Version) In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace. This may surprise you, but I believe God envisioned this when he created Adam: This is Laminin. The molecule Laminin is the protein that holds all human beings together. Did you notice its shape? It’s a cross! Isn't it amazing that God knew we would need the cross when He created us. He knew when He created us that we would sin. He knew we would need a Savior. He knew His only Son Jesus would have to die on the cross to save us, and so He made the very molecule that holds our entire bodies together in the shape of a cross. Molecular biologists call Laminin “the glue of the body,” because without it, our bodies would fall apart. The truth is, without Jesus and what He did for us on the cross, our whole lives would fall apart. Colossians 1:17 says that Jesus “is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.” Jesus is the one who holds our lives together, just like Laminin holds our bodies together. Without Jesus, our lives are a mess. We are nothing without the cross of Jesus Christ! 10/29/2024 A black woman had a dream from God. God revealed to her that President Trump is not a great orator and does have sin in his life. He then told her, "I have seen his heart, and I see he wants righteousness for my nation of America. That is the reason that I have chosen him for what I am about to do." But many pastors and Christians are like this: Luke 18:9-15 NLT Parable of the Christian and President Trump 9 Then Jesus told this story to some who had great confidence in their own righteousness and scorned everyone else: 10 “Two men went to the Temple to pray. One was a Christian, and the other was a despised president. 11 The Christian stood by himself and prayed this prayer: ‘I thank you, God, that I am not like other people—cheaters, sinners, adulterers. I’m certainly not like that president! 12 I fast twice a week, and I give you a tenth of my income.’ 13 “But President stood at a distance and dared not even lift his eyes to heaven as he prayed. Instead, he beat his chest in sorrow, saying, ‘O God, be merciful to me, for I am a sinner.’ 14 I tell you, this sinner, not the Christian, returned home justified before God. For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.” I know that I substituted Christian for Pharisee and President Trump for tax collector, but the verse is still true. I have always liked President Trump even if he has sin in his life. I totally understand him because I too have sin in my life but because of Jesus Christ who forgives sin has forgotten our past sins and is interested what we are doing now. Even though we both are trying to live more like Christ we will never get there 100% because it is written: Romans 3:23 NLT For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. This means our past; present and future life is going to contain sin or the consequences of sin. So, you sinner, get off the sins of Donald Trump and vote and support a man who wants righteousness for this nation. God sent his son to save the individual from hell and Donald Trump to save a nation. God definitely picked the right man for this job. Donald Trump 2024 07/20/2024 A lot of hospitals use ultraviolet light to kill pathogens that are lurking in the midst. So, it is with God's light. When his light is present the disease of sin decreases its intensity. It may even flee. Hospitals also use disinfectants to finish the job. Infections are a serious thing when they get started in the patient. God uses the blood of his Son to completely disinfect us. After all we do not want to affect the body by being unclean. Having fellowship with godly people will help prevent the infection of sin from coming back. They will also make you accountable. 1 John 1:7 NLT But if we are living in the light, as God is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from all sin. 11/17/2025 A mistake many Christian make is assuming because they are going through so much bad stuff is because they did something to make God angry. Why else are my problems so much worse then the average person? Do you remember Job? Job 1:1, 8-12 NLT 1 There once was a man named Job who lived in the land of Uz. He was blameless—a man of complete integrity. He feared God and stayed away from evil. 8 Then the Lord asked Satan, “Have you noticed my servant Job? He is the finest man in all the earth. He is blameless—a man of complete integrity. He fears God and stays away from evil.” 9 Satan replied to the Lord, “Yes, but Job has good reason to fear God. 10 You have always put a wall of protection around him and his home and his property. You have made him prosper in everything he does. Look how rich he is! 11 But reach out and take away everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face!” 12 “All right, you may test him,” the Lord said to Satan. “Do whatever you want with everything he possesses, but don’t harm him physically.” So Satan left the Lord’s presence. Job lost his wealth, health, family and friends but Satan lost the bet. In the end, Job was better off than ever in all these areas. How often does Satan ask God to test those who love him? Jesus's disciples were on this list just like Job: Luke 22:31-32 NLT Predicts Peter's Denial 31 "Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift each of you like wheat. 32 But I have pleaded in prayer for you, Simon, that your faith should not fail. So when you have repented and turned to me again, strengthen your brothers." You may never know but what you are going through today may be from a challenge from the enemy that your relationship with God is not real. This is actually an honor to you that God believes in you to win the bet. God never loses at anything, so he is confident when he makes the challenge. Even if this may not be the case, Jesus said this: John 16:33 I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.” Again, Jesus is declared the winner!!!!!!! One final though; one can never can compare one's problems to another person's problems. Only God knows the entire story of each one of us. Just give it to Jesus so he can set you free! Pray so victory can be decisive! 02/10/2026 Accounting and Inventory is a great way to keep track of where your money and time is going and keeping track of what you bought and have in your life. This prevents oneself from overspending, duplicating and seeing if merchandise is being stolen. This is a good thing to do when doing earthly things. Now on the spiritual side, keeping track of everything can be dangerous. Paul does not want us to ignore what is going on around us, but if we truly love people he said this: 1 Corinthians 13:4-5 NLT Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. When you do spiritual accounting and inventory try not to be so precise and keep track of everything that people do to you. If we truly love someone we won't want to write everything down. Jesus is a master at forgetting to write stuff down. When he forgives us he loses that data. Shouldn't we do the same thing Jesus does when people ask for forgiveness. Even if they don't, holding on to that wrong will make you bitter. So just let it go. Last time I heard is that we serve a God of justice. Let him take care of it. LET LOVE LIVE!!!!!!! 1 Corinthians 13:6-7 NLT 6 It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. 7 Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. 10/03/2022 After witnessing to the gangs in a Commerce City park, my buddy began witnessing on the street on Saturday night. Soon people started lining up to be prayed for. It is amazing how many people are out on the street after dark. The streets many times are even busy at 2:00 a.m. Later that evening, nine priest came up to him and talked him about him praying over the people. Earlier, they just came from a meeting and they were cruising the town and they noticed that there was about a dozen people waiting in line to be prayed for by my buddy. My buddy always places his hand on the person he is praying for. Lately, God has been bringing a lot of people to him. The people out on the street are becoming hungry for God. Those priests just sat there in their van and watched him for at least 15 minutes before they walked over to talk to him. After the priest conversed with him, my buddy asked the priests if they ever accepted Jesus Christ. It seems like an odd question to be asking a priest but they paused for a moment. They had to admit that none of them had. He began to explain to them about having that personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This brought me back to the story in John where Jesus was talking with Nicodemus. John 3 New Living Translation 1 There was a man named Nicodemus, a Jewish religious leader who was a Pharisee. 2 After dark one evening, he came to speak with Jesus. “Rabbi,” he said, “we all know that God has sent you to teach us. Your miraculous signs are evidence that God is with you.” 3 Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.” 4 “What do you mean?” exclaimed Nicodemus. “How can an old man go back into his mother’s womb and be born again?” 5 Jesus replied, “I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit. 6 Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life. 7 So don’t be surprised when I say, ‘You must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows wherever it wants. Just as you can hear the wind but can’t tell where it comes from or where it is going, so you can’t explain how people are born of the Spirit.” 9 “How are these things possible?” Nicodemus asked. 10 Jesus replied, “You are a respected Jewish teacher, and yet you don’t understand these things? 11 I assure you, we tell you what we know and have seen, and yet you won’t believe our testimony. 12 But if you don’t believe me when I tell you about earthly things, how can you possibly believe if I tell you about heavenly things? 13 No one has ever gone to heaven and returned. But the Son of Man has come down from heaven. 14 And as Moses lifted up the bronze snake on a pole in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, 15 so that everyone who believes in him will have eternal life. These priest are like Nicodemus because they know things of God but have separated themselves from God. Until we give our hearts to Jesus we will never see the Kingdom of God. After we give our hearts to Jesus, he will send his Spirit in return. The Holy Spirit can make us bold for God's Kingdom. The gifts from his Spirit he gives us will edify the body of his church. Jesus is much more than something that exists. He wants to live in us as we live for him. My buddy has many stories on this kind of living and I am trying to write a lot of it down. If God wanted me to, I could write multiple books on living for God in just what happens in our Ministry. If you want excitement in your life, Live for God! Those priests began to cry as they began living for Jesus. They asked my buddy to meet them the next day. They wanted to ask him questions about what they need to do to better serve God. I cannot wait to see what is going to happen to their congregations when they become on fire for Jesus Christ. The same is true for you. Could you imagine how that same personal relationship with Jesus Christ would impact the people you come into contact with. It is our time to change the world for Jesus Christ. Isaiah 33:22 New Living Translation 22 For the Lord is our judge, our lawgiver, and our king. He will care for us and save us. 06/09/2022 Almost every church will talk about the awesome grace we have received from Jesus Christ: John 3:17 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to be its judge, but to be its savior. But the church does not want to deal with comes next. This is not a feel good message in this verse: Matthew 7:13-14 (New Living Translation) “You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way. But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it. Just think of viewing 100 people and more than 50 are going to hell. This may even mean someone sitting next to you in church may not be saved. If you don't believe me than why did Jesus say this: Mathew 7:21 I Never Knew You 21 “Not everyone who calls me ‘Lord, Lord’ will enter the Kingdom of heaven, but only those who do what my Father in heaven wants them to do. 22 When the Judgment Day comes, many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord! In your name we spoke God's message, by your name we drove out many demons and performed many miracles!’ 23 Then I will say to them, ‘I never knew you. Get away from me, you wicked people!’ So since Jesus Christ is unchangeable and always speaks the truth, why did he say this. We all have a free will and have to choose him. I always notice that in the summer months church attendance drops. Even Bible studies get canceled. Where in the Bible does it say we serve a winter God? We have a gang ministry and we feed hungry families each week. What would it be like to tell God to stick it because it messes with our summer plans of fun? That is what many Christians do every summer. If someone views your life and the life of the ungodly and cannot tell the difference this better be a wake up call. Ask Jesus Christ to forgive you and change your life for him. If our mind is not on serving God year around we only deceive ourselves. Don't let Jesus Christ say, "I never knew you." 10/24/2024 America is paying a price for being disobedient to God. Deuteronomy explains what happens when a nation quits obeying God: Deuteronomy 28:15-24 NLT Curses for Disobedience 15 “But if you refuse to listen to the Lord your God and do not obey all the commands and decrees I am giving you today, all these curses will come and overwhelm you: 16 Your towns and your fields will be cursed. {You see it in the Blue cities today} 17 Your fruit baskets and breadboards will be cursed. {Just had recalls on bad onions and beef.} 18 Your children and your crops will be cursed. {Kids don't know their gender today} The offspring of your herds and flocks will be cursed. {Check out the bird flu } 19 Wherever you go and whatever you do, you will be cursed. {Definitely see it in California, but it is spreading} 20 “The Lord himself will send on you curses, confusion, and frustration in everything you do, until at last you are completely destroyed for doing evil and abandoning me. {Confusion and frustation is everywhere. Road rage is a good example} 21 The Lord will afflict you with diseases until none of you are left in the land you are about to enter and occupy. {Have not forgot about the scamdemic. They sure tried to kill us.} 22 The Lord will strike you with wasting diseases, fever, and inflammation, with scorching heat and drought, and with blight and mildew. These disasters will pursue you until you die. {There are lots of sick people today and I personally faced the scorching heat and drought on the land.} 23 The skies above will be as unyielding as bronze, and the earth beneath will be as hard as iron. {Some say this means that our prayers just bounce back.} 24 The Lord will change the rain that falls on your land into powder, and dust will pour down from the sky until you are destroyed. {Witnessed this one too. I was not destroyed by the dust though. It is almost like they are talking about chemtrails. Those definitely create dust from the sky.} These things all happen to Israel when they disobeyed God. We are feeling the beginning of Deuteronomy 28:15 in our nation today. We deserve everything that is happening, but God has other plans for America. His son wants to use America to bring the word to the entire world before he returns which is soon. But when Israel came back to God, he turned all these bad things off and blessed the nation again. Lucky for us, God decided to do the same for us. We did not deserve it. We have to fall in behind the will of God. Since God is giving mercy to America, we need to pay attention to how we are living for our King. Mercy is not a get out of jail card free. Hebrews talks about those who abuse mercy: Hebrews 10:26-27 NLT 26 Dear friends, if we deliberately continue sinning after we have received knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice that will cover these sins. 27 There is only the terrible expectation of God’s judgment and the raging fire that will consume his enemies. The harvest is great, and we need to be in our top form when we preach the gospel to the world. After all, everyone is watching us. We need to show people the life that our King showed us when he was on the Earth. Our King came so that no man would parish. If we truly loved people, we would want to go after them like our King did when he was on earth. I know this irritates a lot of people but "JESUS CHRIST IS LORD and is also the KING OF KINGS." 09/21/2024 Another TikTok find: The greatest man in history is Jesus. He had no servants, yet they called him master. He had no degree, yet they called him teacher. He had no medicines, yet they called him healer. He had no army, yet kings feared him. He won no military battles yet conquered the world. He did not live in a castle, yet they called him Lord. He ruled no nations, yet they called him King. He committed no crime, yet they crucified him. He was buried in a tomb, yet he lives today. His Kingdom is not of this world, yet it lies within the hearts of those who believe. He spoke of love and forgiveness and his words have transformed millions. He offers no material wealth, yet we consider him the treasure of our lives. He promises no earthly power yet in his name the powerless have found strength. Though he left no written words his messages have filled countless pages. In his weakness we find our strength. In his suffering our salvation. Jesus the greatest man in history continues to invite us to the story of redemption, love and eternal life. His name is Jesus Christ. 10/10/2024 Anton lavay, the man who wrote the satanic bible said that he is pleased that Christians worship satan on halloween every year. Did you ever ask yourself what God thought about halloween. Paul recorded this: 1 Thessalonians 5:21-22 KJV 21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. 22 Abstain from all appearance of evil You need to pray against this day and do something to honor our Lord instead. I wiil not serve Satan in any way. Instead bind him up so he will leave my presence. Only the Holy Spirit can give true satisfaction.
